Our Board of founders, trustees and management:
Aincorporations has a Board of Trustees, who are the legal representatives of the organization and hold title to Aincorporations assets. The operations and day to day management of the Association, however, are supervised by the Executive Committee, headed by the President of the Association, which reports to the Board of Trustees (a trustee may not hold office as a member of the Executive Committee). Neither the Trustees nor the Executive Committee members receive any remuneration for their time and services to Aincorporations.
